For Our Grantees

Organizations that receive board approval for funding are asked to use the following materials to guide their evaluation and promotion of the great work they are doing in our community:

Templates and Sample Reports

  • Grant Final Report – Use this template form to meet the condition of funding grants from discretionary or provincial sources: the submission of a final report is required within 12 months of the date of the receipt of your funds, or by the deadline you submitted in your application. This is due diligence for the Foundation and an opportunity to share any great news with our various audiences. We also analyze unmet needs for proactive future grants out if we see common gaps across our region.
