The Lex Reynolds Adoption and Permanency Trust Fund provides grants to help individuals and organizations:

• develop greater awareness of the need for lifelong connections and the range of placement options available
• create new ways to increase the number of children and youth making healthy lifelong connection with a family, community and culture through innovative initiatives, projects and research
• promote a wider range of services and resources to support the long-term success of lifelong connections.

Most importantly, this fund supports new thinking in the adoption and permanency field and in the development of a more responsive and collaborative child and family services system.
