Almost 1,500 people contributed to the contents of this report.

Policy makers, community organizations and citizens wanting to make a difference use indicators and report cards like Vital Signs to assess community needs and opportunities. To that end, the Victoria Foundation works with a group of 11 organizations doing indicator work in the Capital Region.

As part of a national initiative, we are one of 16 community foundations from across Canada to coordinate our efforts and report on a common set of core indicators.
